Guy Gentile (born July 3, 1976) is an American entrepreneur, professional trader, and author best known for founding the direct-access brokerages SpeedTrader and SureTrader, and for his early work developing the DAS Trader direct-access trading platform. Over a career spanning more than three decades in electronic trading and market structure, he has been featured in financial media including Bloomberg, Reuters, Barron's, and Yahoo Finance. He is the author of seven books on trading, risk, and market structure, including The Stock Operator, Rogue Alpha, and AI Trading Edge.
